Deleting your Anara account permanently removes your profile and all associated data. This cannot be undone. Before you proceed, go through the checklist below.
Tip: This is permanent. Deleted accounts and their data cannot be recovered. Export your work and cancel your subscription before deleting.
Before you delete: checklist
Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not stop billing automatically. Cancel from Settings > Billing before deleting. See How to cancel your subscription.
Export any work you want to keep. Notes can be exported as HTML, PDF, Word (DOCX), or LaTeX from the note menu.
Handle any workspaces you own. If you're an Owner of a workspace, transfer ownership or delete the workspace first. See Managing your workspace.
How to delete your account
Go to Settings > Account.
Scroll to the Danger zone section at the bottom.
Click Delete account.
You may be asked to provide a reason. This feedback helps improve Anara.
Confirm the deletion.
Deletion is immediate. Your email address, library, notes, and workspace data are all removed.
