How to cancel your subscription

How to cancel your Anara subscription, when billing stops, and what happens to your data.

You can cancel your Anara subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again after that, and none of your data is deleted.

How to cancel

  1. Click your workspace name in the top left, then go to Settings.

  2. Click Billing.

  3. Find the cancellation option and click it.

  4. Anara may offer options to pause or adjust your plan before you proceed.

  5. Confirm the cancellation.

When billing stops

Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period:

  • Monthly plan: If you cancel mid-month, you keep full access until the month ends. No further charge.

  • Yearly plan: You keep access until your annual period ends. No further charge after that date.

What happens to your data

After your subscription ends, your account moves to the Free plan. Your documents, notes, folders, and library all remain accessible. Paid-plan features and AI models will no longer be available, but nothing is deleted.

Reactivating after cancellation

You can resubscribe at any time from Settings > Billing. Your library and all your data will be right where you left them.

If something isn't working

  • Can't find the cancellation option? Make sure you're in Settings > Billing under workspace settings (not personal settings). Contact support if you're still stuck.
