Create notes from the sidebar or Create button, use the editor toolbar for formatting, and navigate the viewer sidebar tabs (Ask, Details, Related, History).

Creating and editing notes

Chat in the viewer sidebar while writing, use Quick Edit for free-form text edits, and scope AI to your library for grounded writing with citations.

Using AI to help you write

Search and insert citations from your library, choose from 12 citation formats, and configure editor citation format separately from chat.

Adding citations to your notes

Export notes to HTML, LaTeX, PDF, or Word (DOCX) from the note menu.

Exporting your work

Use the History tab in the viewer sidebar to view previous versions of your notes and recover deleted content.
